These Terms and Conditions serve as the contractual agreement between you and Minicabs in London. By booking a taxi and utilizing our services, you signify your unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
In these Terms and Conditions, "Minicabs in London," "we," or "us" refers to the service provider. The terms "you" and "your" pertain to any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.
2.1 It is your responsibility to allocate sufficient time for your journey to ensure punctuality. This applies to all airport transfers where you must adhere to specific check-in times for your flight. Minicabs in London will not be held accountable for delays resulting from your failure to allocate adequate travel time or your unavailability at the designated pick-up time.
2.2 You are responsible for ordering a vehicle that can comfortably accommodate all passengers and luggage. Minicabs in London does not guarantee the transport of excessive luggage. Please note that, regardless of age, a child counts as one passenger.
2.3 Passengers requiring wheelchair access should request this when making the booking.
3.1 Minicabs in London provides quotations based on the information you provide. Unless specified otherwise, all prices are exclusive of VAT, and if applicable, VAT will be added. We reserve the right to modify the provided quote in case of significant changes to the originally stated itinerary.
3.2 Our quotes include a 45-minute waiting period after the stipulated landing time, along with airport parking fees. Additional waiting time will be charged at the standard Minicabs in London rate. While we make efforts to monitor flight details and adjust our service for delays, we are not obliged to do so.
3.3 Upon accepting a quote from us, you will receive a booking confirmation. Please review this confirmation to ensure its accuracy. Failure to notify Minicabs in London of any discrepancies may result in delays or additional costs, and we will not be held responsible.
3.4 We accept payment in cash, credit card, or debit card for our services.
4.1 You are accountable for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. Any damage, soiling, or negative impact on the vehicle caused by passengers may incur cleaning charges.
4.2 Eating, drinking, and smoking are not permitted in the vehicle.
4.3 All children must be properly restrained according to their height, weight, and age.
4.4 We are only allowed to transport the number of passengers as specified by licensing and insurance regulations.
5.1 If you need to cancel your booking with Minicabs in London, please do so as soon as possible. Failure to cancel a dispatched vehicle will result in charges based on the time and distance covered by the driver up to the point of cancellation.
5.2 If you've made an online booking and cancel before the vehicle is dispatched, a cancellation charge may be applied to the original payment.
6.1 While Minicabs in London strives to ensure timely arrivals at your destination, we are not liable for losses resulting from circumstances beyond our control. Under no circumstances will Minicabs in London be responsible for losses incurred by you or your business.
6.2 Your luggage is carried at your own risk.
6.3 In the event of a vehicle breakdown during your journey with Minicabs in London, we will endeavor to provide an alternative vehicle to expedite your journey.
6.4 You will not hold Minicabs in London responsible for expenses, damages, costs, or losses arising from any omission or act of anyone in your party.
6.5 None of the involved parties can exclude or limit their liability for personal injury, death resulting from negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful default, or other matters deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.
7.1 We retain the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if any passenger's actions, such as abuse, violence, or damage, place the vehicle or driver at risk. No refunds will be provided for journeys terminated during the hire.
8.1 Minicabs in London may delegate its obligations as outlined in this agreement. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer any of your obligations or rights under this agreement.
8.2 Minicabs in London may modify the terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. Please regularly review these terms and conditions to stay informed about any changes. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates in effect when the booking was made.
8.3 We process information in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1988.
8.4 This agreement constitutes the complete understanding between Minicabs in London and yourself.
8.5 No provision in these terms and conditions is intended to confer benefits on a third party, and no third party has the right to enforce rights under this agreement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any dispute or claim must be raised within 30 days from the booking pickup date. Minicabs in London is not obligated to entertain claims or disputes submitted after this timeframe.
